The 3 Mei-sama Anime OVA Announced

The official website for Maco-Ching Ishihara’s 2000 gag manga series The 3 Mei-sama (The Three Young Men in Midnight) has announced that an anime OVA adaptation will be released on February 4th. The comedy series revolving around the conversations of three unemployed, aimless young men as they lounge in a family resturant has previously been adapted into a series of 6 live action videos. Director of the live action videos Yuichi Fukuda will direct the anime. The six primary actors that starred in the live action series will reprise their roles as voice actors for the anime.
