Steamboy Second Biggest Anime DVD Debut of 2005

ICv2 News reports that the recent American DVD release of Steamboy debuted at number 23 on VideoScan’s list of top 50 best selling American DVDs for the week ending July 30th, 2005. The only anime DVD released in America so far this year to perform better in its first week of sales is Nausicaa of the Valley of Wind, which was the 14th best selling DVD in America this past March.
