Seitokai no Ichizon Second Trailer

Kadokawa has released the second teaser trailer for the second Seitokai no Ichizon (Student Council’s Discretion) anime television series. Unlike the 2009 first series that was animated by studio DEEN, the second series will be animated by AIC. The series will begin streaming on Nico Nico on October 13.
