Following word that Kannagi creator Eri Takenashi was hospitalized and underwent surgery for an undisclosed ailment last month, the manga creator duo PEACH-PIT has now apologized for putting the ZOMBIE-LOAN, Rozen Maiden, and Shugo Chara manga series on hiatus due to a sudden hospitalization of “the author.” The message states that the author hopes to recover from her illness quickly and return to work.
