Manga Announces Karas

Manga Entertainment first revealed its acquisition of the Karas OAV series last July; however, Manga has now formally announced plans to release the six episode series on two domestic DVDs beginning in April 2006. Manga has also created an American website for the series, although it’s presently just a placeholder.

Although not mentioned in Manga’s recent formal announcement, the Manga Entertainment website now hosts a Karas trailer (complete with incorrect pronunciation of “Karas”). The Manga website reports that Karas DVD volume 1 will be released on April 25, 2006.
