Live-Action Noir Gets New Writers

Deadline reports that the Starz network has hired Cyris Voris and Ethan Reiff, creators of the 2005 Showtime TV series Sleeper Cell to script the live-action Noir TV series. The Starz network announced plans for an American adaptation of the 2001 action anime in June 2011. The show’s production has been delayed by pre-production “creative challenges” but is expected to get produced and broadcast eventually.
