Juon 2 Trailer Online

The official Japanese homepage for the live-action horror film Juon 2 now has a QuickTime trailer for the film available. The film is scheduled to open in Japanese theaters in August.

Juon began as a pair of straight-to-home-video movies released in 2000. The second film was re-made into a theatrical movie titled “Juon” (“The Grudge”) in 2002. The upcoming Juon 2 is the sequel to the 2002 theatrical film. Sam Raimi has optioned the American re-make rights to Juon and has announced that he will have original Japanese creator/director Takashi Shimizu direct the big-budget American re-make.
