Im@s Cinderella Girls Anime Announced

A new website has launched to announce the development of an IDOLM@STER: Cinderella Girls anime television series, based on the tremendously successful IDOLM@STER: Cinderella Girls mobile device game that launched in November 2011 as a spin-off from Bandai Namco’s original hit 2005 simulation game franchise. Noriko Takao, who directed several episodes of the 2011 IDOLM@STER anime television series, will direct the Cinderella Girls TV series. Tatsuya Takahashi, who wrote multiple episodes of the 2011 TV series and the screenplay for the 2014 IDOLM@STER anime film, will co-write the new series along with director Takao. Yuusuke Matsuo, who served as animation director on select episodes of the 2011 TV series, will serve as character designer for the new series. Studio A-1 Pictures, which produced both the 2011 TV series and 2014 movie, will animate the new series for broadcast next year.
