Illumitoon Confirms Bt’X Acquisition

Illumitoon has formally confirmed its acquisition of distribution rights to the 39 episode Bt’X anime series. The license includes the 25 episode 1996 television series and the 14 episode B’TX Neo OVA series from 1997.

“The series involves mechanized beasts which battle under the directives of one unique individual– the blood donor for the beast. It was originated by the creator of the popular ‘Saint Seiya’ series and is slated for US release next year.”
