First Mach Girl Episode Online

Anime production studio Tatsunoko Productions, which animated the Mach Go Go Go (Speed Racer) television series in 1967, has revealed its new spin-off series Mach Girl. The new anime series directed by Masatsugu Arakawa (Vampiyan Kids) features character designs by Suzuka Yoshida (Vampiyan Kids, Akubi-chan) and chronicles the story of chic racer girl Lip. The first 3 minute long episode of the series, “Muteki no Racer: Sono na wa Lip” (The Unbeatable Racer: Her Name is Lip) is now available for free online viewing on the Tatsunoko Pro homepage. The series will begin its Japanese television broadcast on the Cartoon Network later this month.
