FF 1 & 2 Coming to the PSone

According to GameSpot, uncited “online reports from Japan” claim that Squaresoft has plans to release remake versions of Final Fantasy I and Final Fantasy II for the PSOne in Japan this fall. Both titles will be sold separately at 3800 yen each. Avid fans of the series can also purchase a limited-edition package which will include both games and three action figures for a 8800 yen.
