Ask John: Any More Fatal Fury?

I was wondering if Viz was going to release more Fatal Fury movies because in the middle of the motion picture it shows you Geese still alive and more powerful than ever?

Answer:
Actually, Viz can only release more Fatal Fury anime if a studio in Japan produces more. At present, I haven’t heard of any plans for new Garrou Densetsu anime to be produced. I suspect that Geese had a cameo appearance in the motion picture to appease fans. The original two shorter Fatal Fury movies were made-for-TV movies, so some Japanese fans seeing the motion picture in theaters may not have seen the first two episodes and been familiar with Geese’s previous appearances.
