If you weren’t convinced of the coolness of Palisades unpainted prototype Space Channel 5 figures, the new painted prototypes are a must see. Figures.com has posted some great images of painted versions of Ulala, Space Dancing Ulala, Evila, Chief Blank, Pudding, and some Morolians.

Collection completists may be interested to know that the McFarlane Toys Vash the Stampede figure has a variant version on the market. It’s not a significant difference to most collectors, or people who intend to remove the figure from the packaging, but it is interesting to note. One version of the figure is packaged with Vash’ glasses on his face, while another is packaged with the glasses in a separate tray on the bubble packaging.
