Canadian Anime Screenings

Montreal’s Festival Nouveau Cinema will be screening Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence and the 30-minute short version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children in Japanese with English subtitles. The festival runs from October 14th to 24th.

The Waterloo Festival for Animated Cinema, held in Waterloo, Ontario will be showing the Canadian premiere of the Appleseed movie, on October 27th and Katsuhiro Otomo’s Steamboy on the 28th.
