Wings Honneamise DVD Update

Anime on DVD has spoken to Palm Pictures, the parent company of Manga Entertainment, about the poor video quality of the Wings of Honneamise DVD. According to Anime on DVD, “They’ve looked through the detailed analysis that was posted recently about the Wings of Honneamise disc, and likely combined with the numerous e-mails sent to them regarding problems people are having, are indeed actively investigating the issue. There’s definitely a lot that’s being looked into, so I doubt we’ll have a quick resolution, but considering the efforts that Manga has gone into in the past with the problems with Macross Plus and Ninja Scroll, I’m sure we’ll hear something eventually.”
