Wake Up, Girls! Spin-Off Anime Announced

The Wake Up, Girls! original idol anime television series from earlier this year is getting a spin-off anime series titled “Wake Up, Girl Zoo!” that will reimagine the cast as cute animals. When a small zoo on the outskirts of Sendai is facing closure, the zookeepers scout a team of 7 animal mascots to draw public attention and save the zoo’s future. A pilot episode of Wake Up, Girl Zoo! will premiere online next month.
