Voice Actress Maddie Blaustein Has Passed Away

4Kids Entertainment has confirmed that 48 year old voice actress and scriptwriter Madeleine Blaustein passed away last week. “Maddie” may be best known to American anime fans for providing the voice of Pokemon character Meowth in Pokemon episodes 32 through 421 and the first 8 motion pictures. Blaustein also played roles in anime titles including Dinosaur King, Sonic X, Yu-Gi-Oh, Gokusen, and Phoenix.
