Viz Officially Announces Shonen Jump Video Line

Last week Viz Media officially announced its Shonen Jump Home Video Line. The first two DVD titles in the line will be Hikaru no Go and Naruto.

The first Hikaru no Go DVD will debut December 27th with an MSRP of $24.98. Naruto volume 1 is due out on March 28, 2006 with an MSRP of $19.98.

According to announcements from Viz from last July, the first Hikaru no Go DVD will contain 4 bilingual episodes. The first Naruto DVD will contain edited, English dubbed only episodes. 13 episode uncut Naruto DVD boxed sets will be released beginning in July 2006.
