According to rumor, Capcom is at work on a Playstation version of Capcom vs SNK that will include all 33 characters from the Naomi/Dreamcast version (as default characters) and one new character. Further rumor states that SNK is planning their own arcade version of SNK vs Capcom for release next year.

Korean company GamePark will release a portable color game system in Asia by the end of the year called the GP32. This new handheld system will be roughly equivalent to the Gameboy Advance and have 7 launch titles covering the fighting, role-playing, strategy RPG, shooting, action and puzzle game genres.
