TV Osaka Censors RosaVam 2

Japanese blogs including Douka no Tenma Nikki and Kyou Moyarareyaku are abuzz with discussion and comparison screenshots between the numerous uncensored “pantsu” shots in the Tokyo MX network’s uncensored broadcast of this week’s first episode of Rosario to Vampire CAPU2 and the TV Osaka network’s heavily and obviously censored broadcast of the episode.
