Tsui Hark to Direct Gigantor

Ain’t it Cool News has reprinted a Chinese interview with HK director/producer Tsui Hark in which Hark states that he is currently in the early pre-production stage of directing a full CG adaptation of Tetsujin 28, better known to Americans as Gigantor. The American & Japanese co-production will be filmed in Europe (with a Chinese director) to be released theatrically during the 2002 Christmas season.
