Transformers Movie DVD Update

Following in the footsteps of the highly regarded GI Joe movie DVD, Rhino Entertainment has revealed that the Transformers DVD will go on sale on October 10th with a retail price of $19.98. Rhino was unable to procure the elements for a widescreen version, so the film will be fullscreen only, but the disc will feature the uncut, unedited version of the movie, complete with swearing and the death of Optimus Prime. The disc will also feature a Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack, Transformers toy commercials, a photo gallery, and perhaps even more. Rhino will continue to search for supplements up until almost the last minute.
