Tokyo Mew Mew Anime Licensed

Animation World Magazine has reported in its extended 2004 preview article that 4Kids Entertainment has licensed the Tokyo Mew Mew anime TV series for broadcast on the Fox Box programming block on American television later this year. The series will be titled “Hollywood Mew Mew” and, by implied suggestion, will be heavily altered from its original Japanese version to suit mainstream American commercial television.
