Three Manga Titles Nominated for Eisner Award

Three of the five comic series nominated for the 2005 Eisner Award for Best U.S. Edition of Foreign Material are translations of Japanese manga:

Keiji Nakazawa’s Barefoot Gen: A Cartoon Story of Hiroshima volumes 1-2, published by Last Gasp
Osamu Tezuka’s Buddha volumes 3-4, published by Vertical
Santa Inoue’s Tokyo Tribes, published by TOKYOPOP

The Eisner Award winners will be announced on July 18th.
