Tenchi Hot Springs Episode Airs

Cartoon Network has aired the “hot springs” episode of the Tenchi Muyo OAVs, probably the first episode that springs to the mind of Tenchi fans when they heard the show would be airing on cable TV due to its large amount of nudity. A large amount of digital editing was done in the Cartoon Network episode, most notably, Ryoko was given a blue bikini in the scenes in which she was nude. The bikini was risqué enough to fit Ryoko’s personality, and was kind of interesting because the digital painting made it look like it was almost glowing.
