Takanashi-san Live-Action Drama Announced

Manga creator Motoyuki Ota has announced that his(?) ongoing “heartwarming old lady” manga series Takanashi-san will be getting a live-action TV series adaptation. The manga is a lighthearted slice-of-life story about an energetic older woman’s daily adventures. The television series will consist of twenty 5-minute episodes premiering next month.
