Straight Title Robot Anime Series Announced

An official website has opened to announce the development of an original CG mecha anime titled “Straight Title Robot Anime” (Chokkyu Hyodai Robot Anime). The anime will be set over 7,000 after the extinction of the human race when sentient robots continue an endless world war. Kotaro Ishidate (gdgd Fairies) will direct with mecha character designs by KEI, the character designer behind Hatsune Miku. The show will be animated with the freeware MMD (Miku Miku Dance) animation program. The first 15-minute episode will premiere on February 5.
