Space Channel 5 Figures

Raving Toy Maniac has posted images of Palisades Marketing’s Space Channel 5 figures. The first series of 3.75″ to 4″ figures includes Ulala in her signature outfit, SpaceDancin’ Ulala in her retro sci-fi spacesuit, rival reporter Pudding and the evil robotic duplicate of Ulala called Evila. Rounding out the assortment is a 2-pack of the alien Morolians and Chief Blank. “The game has a very cool fifties-style sci-fi look with hot chicks and wacky aliens,” reports Mike Horn, president of Palisades. “The sculptors have really done an awesome job in capturing the designs based on that unusual style.” The figures should be in stores by late February.

The latest Speedlines column features images and specifics on some very handsome new Japanese Bio-Hazard and Samurai Spirits figures. Being big Capcom and SNK game fans ourselves, AnimeNation will try to get some of at least the Samurai Spirits figures in stock when they become available next month.
