Shoji Kawamori Reveals Live-Action Project

Macross & Escaflowne creator Shouji Kawamori has revealed that his next development will be a live-action franchise titled “The Fool Project.” The first entry in the franchise will be “Nobuanga the Fool,” a live-action sci-fi reinterpretation of Japan’s feudal era and its pivotal warlord Nobunaga Oda. Kawamori explained that he has been working on the “Fool Project” for two years after being inspired by stage performances from Broadway and Las Vegas.
