Shigurui Anime Announced

Japanese television network WOWOW has announced that Norio Nanjo and Takayuki Yamaguchi’s violent samurai manga series Shigurui will be adapted into an anime television series by Madhouse. The series official site hosts a streaming teaser trailer (contains no animation footage). The show is scheduled to premier in July.
