Sentai Filmworks has announced its acquisition of domestic distribution rights to Sunrise studio’s original 2011 sci-fi action anime TV series Sacred Seven. Crunchyroll simulcast the series, but the show has never been released on domestic home video.

Sentai has also revealed its acquisition of re-release rights to 11 titles previously distributed domestically by Bandai Entertainment: Argento Soma, Betterman, The Big O seasons 1 & 2, Brain Powered, The Girl Who Leapt Through Space, Infinite Ryvius, Kurokami The Animation, Overman King Gainer, s-CRY-ed, Z-Mind, and Zegapain.

Especially having SoreKake, King Gainer, and Zegapain back in circulation will be nice since some of their original DVD volumes are now exceptionally scarce.
