Sega Establishes Animation Studio

Game software developer Sega Sammy Holdings has announced the foundation of a CG animation production subsidiary called Sega Sammy Visual Entertainment. Although just formally announced, the subsidiary was formally established on June 1, 2009. Its press announces, “Sega Sammy Visual Entertainment will strive to become the number one family-oriented animation studio in the Asia-Pacific region within five years.”
