Second Symphogear Series Announced

“Future visual” artist for the Senki Zessho Symphogear anime TV series Thomas Romain has formally revealed word that a second Symphogear series is in development for broadcast next year. First series screenwriter Akifumi Kaneko & character designer Dan Yoshii will again work on the new series. Original series animation director Satoru Fujimoto will reprise his role and also serve as animation character designer for the new series. Original series director Tatsufumi Ito will be replaced by Yu-Gi-Oh 5D’s director Katsumi Ono. Satelight will once again animate. The new series will star new protagonists.
