Right Stuf Addresses Tylor DVD Error

Right Stuf International has issued an official statement addressing the manufacturing error in Irresponsible Captain Tylor DVD 4. One 5 minute long chapter is missing from all copies of the disc. RSI will be re-pressing the discs to correct the error but will not be issuing a recall notice. Consumers that have or plan to purchase the disc directly from RSI will automatically receive a free replacement copy by mail. Consumers that purchase the disc from any other retailer may return either the original sales receipt or the defective disc disc, along with $3.50 in US currency for shipping and handling to receive a replacement disc. RSI anticipates being able to manufacture and ship replacement discs in approximately 6 weeks. In the meantime, RSI will continue to distribute the Tylor DVD boxed set that includes the defective disc, as they consider it more desireable to allow consumers to see most of the series and get a replacement disc 4 than not allow accesses to the DVD boxed set at all.
