Rail Wars! Anime Adaptation Announced

Reportedly author Takumi Toyoda’s series of Rail Wars! -Nihon Kokuyuu Tetsudou Kouantai- (Rail Wars! Japanese National Railways Security Force) light novels will receive an anime adaptation. The alternate reality Japan adventure series revolves around a trainee assigned to the Japanese government’s National Railway Security Force that protects trains from criminals and an extremist group that wishes to privatize the national rail system.

The novel series premiered last year and presently has 7 volumes.
