Pop Japan Travel Tour to Include Nippon Animation Visit

Pop Japan Travel has announced that its already tempting “Mind Over Manga” guided “otaku” tour of Japan is now even more exciting with the addition of an exclusive tour of the Nippon Animation studio, guided by veteran anime art director Nizo Yamamoto. Mr. Yamamoto served as art director for acclaimed films including Princess Mononoke and Grave of the Fireflies. His background art has appeared in films including Perfect Blue, Lupin III: The Castle of Cagliostro, and Spirited Away. Nippon Animation is the production studio behind works including the famous “World Masterpiece Theater” anime franchise, Locke the Superman, and Hunter x Hunter. The Mind Over Manga tour is scheduled for August 21-27.
