Pioneer Announces New Acquisitions

Pioneer has announced plans to release the anime film Junkers Come Here and the first volume of the Banner of the Stars II TV series on August 19th.

Junkers Come Here is a 1994 family film produced by Triangle Staff (the creators of Boogiepop Phantom and NieA_7), directed by Junichi Sato (Sailormoon, Maho Tsukai Tai).

Banner of the Stars II (Seikai no Senki II) was the 10 episode third and final TV series in the Record of Star World series, broadcast on Japanese TV a year after the end of the Banner of the Stars TV series.
