Otomo to Debut New Short Next Week

Akira & Steamboy creator Katsuhiro Otomo will debut his original anime short film “Hi no Yojin” (Combustible) on March 18 at the Fête de l’anim’ film festival in France. The short will get a Japanese release later this year. In December 1994 Otomo published a single-chapter “Hi no Yojin” manga story about fire-fighters in historical Edo.
