One Piece Is World’s Most Downloaded TV Series

According to internet research company Big Champagne, One Piece was the most frequently downloaded television series on worldwide BitTorrent connections for the week ending July 7th. One Piece was the only anime title among the top 20 most downloaded TV programs worldwide, and the only title among the top 20 that was not an original American TV series.

The majority of international One Piece downloaders must be outside of the US because observation suggests that One Piece is certainly not the most downloaded anime series among American viewers.
