New TV Series From Lodoss Creator

Fans of Lodoss War will be pleased to know that Lodoss creator Ryo Mizuno, creator of Lodoss War, will help bring his latest manga to TV this April. Magical Warfare Loyal Retainer Riui will combine the talents of Ryo Mizuno as original writer and Tadashi Kozan as director (who previously directed the 13 episode action comedy Miami Guns). Katsuhiko Chiba, the scenario writer for the Slayers TV series, will provide series composition. Iwakura Kazunori (Orphen) will create the original character designs, and Kenji Kawai, known for his scores for Patlabor, Ranma & Captain Tylor, will compose the musical score.
