New Stage Show Adaptations Planned

Based on a popular shoujo manga series, Glass no Kamen (The Glass Mask) will become a new stage play directed by Yukio Ninagawa, who also directed the Kiki’s Delivery Service musical. Auditions for the lead are currently being held and the show is set to premiere in August of 2008.

Opening October 4th is a musical version of the Shonen Onmyoji light novels. Pictures of the large bishonen cast have been posted by the Mainichi Newspapers.

Both series have previously had anime adaptations.
