New Manga Licensor Established

Former staffers of Aurora Publishing, the American subsidiary of Japan’s Ohzora Publishing, have announced their foundation of an independent American based manga licensing & distribution company named “Manga Factory.” The company has plans to commerically distribute English translated manga in print and digital formats. Manga Factory’s translated first volume of Naoyuki Sakai and Hisao Tamaki’s action/horror manga Guilstein is available now as a digital book.
