New DVD Announcements

Right Stuf has announced the release the Weather Report Girl anime OAV series on June 26th. Both 45 minute episodes will come on a single bilingual disc for $24.95. The new dubbed version will also be released on VHS at the same time.

Disney has listed a Kiki’s Delivery Service DVD on their homepage, but no release date or trustworthy information is included on the page. The details listed state Region 1 encoding, which would make sense, but also lists only an English language track, which doesn’t seem likely considering that Disney has an existing, previously released subtitled version available. If nothing else, this listing can be considered a positive omen for the future.
