New DVD Announcements

Manga Entertainment has officially announced that the US DVD version of the Street Fighter Zero OAV series, re-titled Street Fighter Alpha for the American market, will have a Dolby 5.1 English language audio track and will include almost all of the bonus material from the Japanese version including trailers, interviews with the Japanese staff and cast, the 10 minute “Making of Street Fighter Zero” featurette, character bios, a photo gallery and a creative staff journal. Manga has confirmed a January 30th release date for the DVD but has not yet confirmed whether the disc will include the original 2 Japanese OAVs or if the American version will edit the separate episodes together into a single feature.

AD Vision will ship New Cutey Honey DVD volume 2 on December 5th.

Central Park Media has announced a February 13, 2001 release date for Shamanic Princess (the complete series on 1 DVD), and the hentai titles Sprite: Between Two Worlds, Urotsukidoji IV (bilingual/no subtitles) and a Urotsukidoji boxed set containing all four movie version DVDs, all bilingual but without subtitles.
