New Anime on the Internet

A group of Japanese fans has announced that they will be broadcasting their 25 episode “ONA” (Original Net Anime) series “Lingerie Fighter Papillon Rose” exclusively on the internet, through their website, beginning next month. The series is obviously a homage to Sailormoon, with a bit of Utena tossed in, but the quality of the animation, voice acting and character design seems to be on par with solid professional work. Currently, a 1.23MB trailer and a 3.82MB trailer are available for download in MPEG format.
