Moribito Anime to be a TV Series

The official Japanese homepage for the upcoming Seirei no Moribito anime has announced that the production will be a 26 episode television series animated by Production I.G. and directed by Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex director Kenji Kamiyama. The anime adaptation of the novel by Uehashi Naoko & Futatsugi Saki will premier on the NHK Network next spring.
