The first 72 page issue of the translated Bastard! manga by Kazushi Hagiwara will debut during the second week of December. Subsequent issues will be at least 64 pages.

Viz confirmed that they will be translating and publishing the new Gunnm (AKA: Battle Angel Alita) Last Order manga series eventually.

The dubbed version of Jin-Roh will continue its theatrical run through the fall, including screenings in Atlanta, Georgia; Brookline, Massachusetts; Hartford, Connecticut; Nashville & Knoxville, Tennessee; and Tampa, Gainesville, Orlando & Miami, Florida.

The first Ranma 1/2 TV series DVD boxed set will be released in November, with subsequent box sets coming out every two to four months thereafter. The sets will possibly retail for as little as $99.

Apparently the Cartoon Network is interested in the English language broadcast rights to the Inu Yasha TV animation.
