Montage Movie Announced

Japanese publisher Kodansha has announced that Jun Watanabe’s crime suspense manga Montage will be getting a feature film adaptation. The ongoing Montage manga that premiered in 2010 revolves around a young man trying to discover the truth behind his father’s death and whether his father really was involved in an unsolved bank robbery. Kodansha has not clarified whether the film adaptation will be live-action or anime. Watanabe’s yakuza manga Emblem Take 2 has been previously adapted into live-action films and an anime OVA.
