Millennium Actress and Animatrix Nominated for Annie Awards

Millennium Actress and The AniMatrix have been nominated in several categories in this year’s Annie Awards for excellence in animation, presented by the International Animated Film Society.

Millennium Actress has been nominated in the categories of:

• Outstanding Achievement in an Animated Theatrical Feature
• Directing in an Animated Feature Production
• Voice Acting in an Animated Feature Production
• Writing in an Animated Feature Production

The voice acting nomination for Millennium Actress is in reference to its original Japanese language dialogue as the film was never dubbed into English.

The AniMatrix has been nominated in the category of Outstanding Achievement in an Animated Home Entertainment Production.
