Media Blasters Revises Kanokon Release
After releasing the first individual DVD volume of Kanokon on May 25 then placing the remaining two volumes on indefinite hiatus, Media Blasters has now announced plans to release the complete 12 episode series in a single DVD collection next March. The set will be, “Priced low enough so not to punish folks who picked up V1.”

No matter how you look at it, adopters of volume 1 did get burned in some way. Thankfully, they’re planning on releasing the entire thing in some form rather than dropping it.
Despite performing well in online sales, customers are discouraged from buying it in stores because of the revealing (enticing?) cover.
It would be nice if there was some kind of rebate for purchasing the original DVD, but that would just eat into what narrow profits they might be making.
